Terms of Service

1 Service description

DBot.gg is a SaaS (Software as a Service) that provides:

• A chat bot integrating natively with the DLive platform via its official API
• A web dashboard to configure and monitor the bot from any browser
• Features including auto-moderation, custom commands, video clips, giveaways, points and levels, scheduled messages, event alerts and stream overlays

The Service is available 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance windows and interruptions beyond our control.

2 Eligibility and account

• You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
• You must hold an active DLive account. Authentication is exclusively via DLive OAuth — DBot.gg does not create separate password-based accounts.
• One DBot.gg account corresponds to one DLive channel. Managing multiple channels requires separate access for each.
• You are responsible for the confidentiality of your session and all actions taken under your account. Report any unauthorised use via our Discord immediately.
• You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your DLive account in good standing. A suspended DLive account will result in automatic suspension of the Service.

3 Licence

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and payment of applicable fees, DBot.gg grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:

• Access the dashboard via a web browser
• Activate and configure the bot in your DLive channel
• Use features available under your subscription plan

This licence does not cover access to DBot.gg's internal API for third-party integration, automated scripting of the dashboard, or resale/redistribution of the Service.

4 Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Broadcast or amplify illegal, hateful, discriminatory, harassing or threatening content in your chat
• Circumvent DLive's own terms of service or community guidelines
• Automate behaviours designed to manipulate DLive platform metrics (fake viewers, fake follows, etc.)
• Attempt to access other users' data or probe DBot.gg's infrastructure
• Conduct fraudulent activities, scams, or deceive your audience
• Deliberately overload the infrastructure (command flooding, mass clip creation, API abuse)
• Introduce viruses, malware, or malicious code via commands or configuration
• Resell, rent, or sub-licence access to the Service to third parties

Violation of this section may result in immediate suspension of your access without refund.

5 User content

"User content" refers to all data you submit to the Service: custom commands, auto-messages, video clips, clip titles, giveaway settings.

• Ownership: you retain ownership of your user content. DBot.gg claims no proprietary rights over it.
• Licence granted to DBot.gg: you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, process and display your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
• Video clips: stream recordings are automatically deleted after 30 days (Pro) or 365 days (Ultra). It is your responsibility to download clips you wish to keep beyond that period.
• Content responsibility: you are solely responsible for content you configure or broadcast via DBot.gg. Any illegal content or content infringing third-party rights is your sole responsibility.
• Content moderation: we reserve the right to remove content violating these Terms or applicable law, without notice.

6 Subscriptions and billing

Plans and pricing

DBot.gg offers several plans described on the Pricing page. Features and prices may change with 30 days' notice. Active plans are not affected until their next renewal.

Payment

• Payments are processed by NowPayments. By submitting a payment, you also accept their terms.
• Your subscription is activated upon receipt of payment confirmation.
• Prices are displayed excluding tax. Applicable VAT/GST may be added depending on your country of residence.

Renewal and cancellation

• Recurring subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each period as specified in your dashboard.
• You may cancel your subscription from your dashboard at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period — the service remains active until that date.

Refund policy

• Payments are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or in the event of a serious, documented service failure attributable to DBot.gg.
• Any exceptional refund request must be submitted within 7 days of payment via our Discord.

7 Service availability

We aim for high availability but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• Planned maintenance (announced on our Discord where possible)
• DLive API outages or changes beyond our control
• Infrastructure incidents (servers, networks, hosting provider)
• Force majeure events

DBot.gg is not liable for losses or damages resulting from brief service interruptions. No credit or refund is automatically due for short-duration outages.

8 Termination

Termination by you

You may cancel your account at any time via your dashboard or by contacting us on Discord. Cancellation deletes your configuration and associated data within the timeframes defined in section 3 of the Privacy Policy.

Termination by DBot.gg

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access without notice in the event of:

• Violation of these Terms or DLive's terms of service
• Fraudulent or abusive activity
• Non-payment where applicable
• Legal authority request

In the event of termination for violation, no refund is due for the remaining period.

Service shutdown

If we decide to permanently shut down DBot.gg, we will provide at least 30 days' notice and offer you the opportunity to export your data before closure.

9 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• DBot.gg is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
• We do not warrant that the Service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or fit for any particular purpose.
• DBot.gg shall not be liable for any loss of data, revenue, audience, or any indirect damages arising from use of or inability to use the Service.
• Our total aggregate liability to you, for any cause whatsoever, is limited to the fees paid during the 3 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• DBot.gg is not affiliated with DLive and cannot be held responsible for decisions or changes made by DLive to its platform.

10 Intellectual property

DBot.gg, its interface, source code, algorithms, visual design and trademarks are the exclusive property of their authors and are protected by intellectual property law.

• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works of the Service without prior written consent.
• The DBot.gg name, logo and any associated marks are used as trademarks. Any unauthorised use is prohibited.
• DLive logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance in DBot.gg is purely indicative.

11 Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced on our Discord with at least 14 days' notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of new Terms constitutes acceptance. If you find the changes unacceptable, you may cancel your subscription before they take effect.

12 Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute relating to the interpretation or performance of these Terms, the parties shall endeavour to resolve it amicably.

Failing amicable resolution within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent French courts. If you are a consumer, you may also have recourse to consumer mediation in accordance with EU law (Directive 2013/11/EU) or contact the relevant ADR body in your country.
